Royal Enfield ने अपनी iconic café racer Continental GT 650 को 2026 के लिए अपडेट कर दिया है। कंपनी ने बाइक में बहुत बड़े mechanical changes नहीं किए हैं, लेकिन कुछ ऐसे छोटे upgrades जरूर जोड़े हैं जो इसे पहले से ज्यादा modern बनाते हैं।
नई Continental GT 650 में LED indicators, Type-C charging port और black-finished instrument cowl जैसे updates मिलते हैं। साथ ही Rocker Red colour को भी पहले से ज्यादा dark treatment दिया गया है।
बाइक की शुरुआती कीमत ₹3,58,427 (ex-showroom) रखी गई है और इसकी बिक्री व deliveries भारत में शुरू हो चुकी हैं।
Rocker Red को मिला Dark Look
2026 Continental GT 650 में सबसे noticeable visual update Rocker Red variant में देखने को मिलता है।
अब इस variant में engine, exhaust और cast alloy wheels को black finish दी गई है। इससे बाइक का lower section पहले की तुलना में ज्यादा dark और sporty दिखाई देता है।
Apex Grey में भी blacked-out mechanical finish पहले से मौजूद है।
वहीं British Racing Green और Mr Clean variants में polished engine finish और traditional spoke wheels का classic look बरकरार रखा गया है।
अब LED Indicators और Type-C Charging
नई Continental GT 650 में अब LED turn indicators दिए गए हैं। इससे café racer के classic design में थोड़ा modern touch जुड़ता है।
इसके अलावा बाइक में USB Type-C charging port भी दिया गया है। आज के समय में smartphone navigation और connectivity के लिए इस्तेमाल करने वाले riders के लिए यह छोटा feature काफी काम का हो सकता है।
Instrument cowl को भी black finish मिली है, जिससे cockpit का look थोड़ा ज्यादा premium और sporty लगता है।
648cc Twin-Cylinder Engine जारी
Royal Enfield ने बाइक के engine में कोई बड़ा बदलाव नहीं किया है।
Continental GT 650 में वही 648cc parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine मिलता है।
यह engine:
- 47 hp @ 7,150 rpm
- 52.3 Nm @ 5,250 rpm
का maximum output देता है।
Engine को 6-speed gearbox से जोड़ा गया है।
यानी 2026 update के बाद भी Continental GT 650 का mechanical character वही है जिसने इसे Royal Enfield की सबसे लोकप्रिय middleweight café racers में शामिल किया है।
Chassis और Riding Position में बदलाव नहीं
Continental GT 650 का steel tubular double-cradle frame Harris Performance के साथ मिलकर विकसित किया गया था और यह setup अभी भी जारी है।
Suspension में आगे telescopic fork और पीछे gas-charged twin shock absorbers मिलते हैं।
बाइक का low-set café racer stance, sculpted fuel tank और committed riding position भी बरकरार है।
यानी Royal Enfield ने इस update में उस मूल character को छेड़ने की कोशिश नहीं की है जिसके लिए GT 650 जानी जाती है।
2026 Continental GT 650 की कीमत
Royal Enfield ने अलग-अलग colours और variants की कीमत इस तरह रखी है:

2026 Continental GT 650 को देखकर साफ है कि Royal Enfield ने इस बार किसी बड़े mechanical overhaul के बजाय छोटे लेकिन practical upgrades पर ध्यान दिया है।
LED indicators और Type-C charging जैसे features इसे आज के buyers के लिए थोड़ा ज्यादा convenient बनाते हैं, जबकि blacked-out Rocker Red इसे पहले से ज्यादा aggressive look देता है।
हालांकि Royal Enfield के बड़े plans को देखते हुए Continental GT 650 का अगला बड़ा बदलाव शायद और भी दिलचस्प हो सकता है। कंपनी की 750cc motorcycles पर नजर है और उससे पहले 4 सितंबर को Himalayan 440 की entry होने वाली है। यानी Royal Enfield की middleweight range आने वाले महीनों में और ज्यादा exciting होने वाली है।
