1. 2026 Skoda Slavia Facelift — Diwali पर नए रूप में वापसी
Skoda Slavia का mid-cycle facelift इस साल Diwali के आसपास launch हो सकता है। Testing के दौरान spy shots में dynamic LED turn signals, redesigned front grille और नए alloy wheels नजर आए। Cabin में 10.25-इंच digital driver’s display standard होगा और rear seat massage function — जो इस segment में पहली बार होगा — भी मिल सकता है।
इंजन lineup में कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा। 1.0-लीटर 3-cylinder TSI और 1.5-लीटर 4-cylinder TSI petrol engines जारी रहेंगे। Gearbox options में 6-speed manual, 8-speed automatic और 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission होंगे।

2. 2026 Volkswagen Virtus Facelift — 2022 के बाद पहला बड़ा Update 
Volkswagen Virtus को 2022 में launch हुए चार साल हो चुके हैं और अब इसका पहला major facelift आने वाला है। इस महीने heavy camouflage के साथ spy shots सामने आए। Restyled bumpers और नए alloy wheels बाहर से दिखे।
Cabin नए Taigun SUV जैसा होगा — 10.1-इंच central touchscreen और 10.25-इंच digital instrument cluster। सबसे बड़ा mechanical बदलाव होगा नया 8-speed automatic gearbox जो पुराने 6-speed torque converter की जगह लेगा। 1.0-लीटर और 1.5-लीटर turbocharged petrol engines जारी रहेंगे। यह transmission upgrade driving experience को काफी smooth बनाएगा जैसा नए Taigun में देखा गया।
3. 2026 Honda City Facelift — Civic-Inspired नया Look 
Brazil से leak हुई spy images में 2026 Honda City facelift का नया look सामने आया है। यह global Civic से styling cues लेगी। Visual updates बाहर और अंदर दोनों तरफ minor होंगे क्योंकि Honda पहले से ही new-gen City पर काम कर रही है जो 2028 की शुरुआत में India में आ सकती है।
Mechanically कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा। Same naturally aspirated 1.5-लीटर petrol इंजन जो 119 bhp और 145 Nm देता है, बना रहेगा। 6-speed manual और 7-speed CVT automatic भी जारी रहेंगे। City eHEV में 1.5-लीटर Atkinson petrol hybrid setup भी जारी रहेगा जिसमें dual electric motors, lithium-ion battery और e-CVT gearbox है।
Sedan Segment — अभी खत्म नहीं हुई कहानी
इन तीनों updates से साफ है कि sedan segment में अभी भी manufacturers की दिलचस्पी बाकी है। Skoda का rear massage function और Virtus का नया 8-speed gearbox जैसे feature upgrades बताते हैं कि brands sedan buyers को seriously ले रहे हैं। FY26 में Dzire की 39% growth ने यह भी साबित किया कि सही product के साथ sedan segment में अच्छी sales संभव है।
