April 2026 की Car Sales — Maruti ने Record बनाया, Renault ने सबको चौंकाया और Honda का बुरा दिन : नए financial year का पहला महीना और ज्यादातर companies के लिए अच्छी खबर। April 2026 में overall market positive रहा — कुछ ने records बनाए, कुछ ने surprise दिया और एक-दो को मुश्किल महीने का सामना करना पड़ा। आइए देखते हैं किसका कैसा रहा।
Maruti — एकछत्र राज, 1.87 लाख Units! 
1,87,704 units — 35% YoY growth और March से भी 10.8% ज्यादा। GST reduction ने छोटी गाड़ियों की demand को जबरदस्त boost दिया और Maruti को इसका सबसे ज्यादा फायदा मिला। Alto और S-Presso की 154% growth इसी वजह से थी।
Maruti का nearest competitor उनकी total sales का एक तिहाई भी नहीं है — यह बात ही बताती है कि Maruti कितनी अलग league में खेल रही है।
Tata — 59,000 Units, मजबूत लेकिन MoM थोड़ा नीचे
59,000 units और 30.5% YoY growth — Tata का April अच्छा रहा। लेकिन March के 66,971 से 11.9% नीचे आई। यह normal seasonal pattern है — March में year-end की वजह से sales हमेशा ज्यादा होती हैं।
Mahindra — 56,331 Units, SUV Portfolio मजबूत
56,331 units, 8% YoY growth। Mahindra की SUV lineup अपनी पकड़ बनाए हुए है। March से 6.5% नीचे आई लेकिन यह चिंता की बात नहीं — Scorpio, Thar और XUV 700 की demand consistently strong है।
Hyundai — Best-Ever April, 51,902 Units!
51,902 units और 17% YoY growth — Hyundai का अब तक का सबसे अच्छा April। Venue ने 12,420 units के साथ अपनी best-ever monthly sales दर्ज की। 5-star BNCAP rating ने buyers का confidence बढ़ाया।

Toyota — 30,159 Units, Innova 2 लाख Cumulative Sales!
30,159 units और 21% YoY growth। March से 14.1% नीचे आई। इस महीने Toyota के लिए बड़ी खबर थी Innova HyCross का 2 लाख cumulative sales milestone।
Kia — 27,286 Units, Best-Ever April!
27,286 units और 16% YoY growth — Kia का भी best-ever April। Seltos और Sonet दोनों ने 10,000+ units बेचे। 1.5 million cumulative sales milestone भी इसी महीने पार हुआ।
Renault — 108% Growth, Month का असली Star!
5,413 units — numbers छोटे लगते हैं लेकिन growth देखिए — 108%! पिछले साल April के मुकाबले दोगुने से ज्यादा। Refreshed Triber ने यह कमाल किया। Month की highest growth percentage Renault की रही।
MG — 6,018 Units, Steady
6,018 units और 3% YoY growth। Windsor EV की demand अच्छी है लेकिन overall numbers modest हैं।

Honda — 4,069 Units, मुश्किल महीना
Honda के लिए April कठिन रहा। March के 7,585 से सीधे 4,069 पर आ गई — 46.4% की MoM गिरावट। हालांकि YoY 21% growth है। ZR-V और City Facelift 22 May को आएंगी — उसके बाद तस्वीर बदल सकती है।
Nissan — 3,203 Units, 45.5% YoY Growth
3,203 units और 45.5% YoY growth। Gravite की वजह से Nissan की sales में सुधार आ रहा है। Tekton launch होने पर और तेजी आएगी।
